What to include

Tell us which Secondslide service you’re using, what you were trying to do, and any error message. For a connector issue, use “Secondslide MCP” in the subject and include the approximate time of the problem.

Never send your password, verification codes, or authorization tokens. Remove children’s names and other personal details from screenshots unless they are needed to explain the issue.

Secondslide MCP with ChatGPT

Secondslide MCP is currently a limited pilot. Having a Secondslide account does not automatically provide connector access. If you cannot connect, contact us to check availability for your account.

The connector can read authorized registration summaries, schedules, and announcements. It cannot make payments, register players, change records, send messages, RSVP, or delete accounts.

Missing or unexpected results

Check the player and date range in your request. Schedule and announcement searches cover at most 90 days per request, and results may have more than one page. An empty response can reflect account permissions or program participation. Check the information in Secondslide or with your program, and contact us if something still looks wrong.

If a connection form has expired, start a fresh connection from ChatGPT. Complete sign-in only on the Secondslide page and the expected authorization-provider page. Do not put your password in a chat.

Stop connector access

Open Manage Secondslide MCP access, sign in with your Secondslide parent account, and disconnect. This revokes all current parent connector connections for that account and blocks their subsequent reads. You can also remove the connection in ChatGPT.

Disconnecting does not delete existing ChatGPT conversations or results, delete your Secondslide account, cancel registrations or payments, or revoke WorkOS-issued credentials themselves. The revoked Secondslide permission prevents those credentials from reading parent data. Use ChatGPT’s controls to manage information already shared there.

Privacy and account requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information Secondslide holds, email hello@secondslide.io. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the information. Requests are subject to applicable law. Account changes and password recovery use the relevant Secondslide account controls or our support team; they are not connector tools.
